All items in store take 1 - 5 business days to process.  Please add processing time to your shipping estimate below.

US orders usually take up to 5-20 days. 

Shipping for non-US orders may take up to 6 weeks depending on your location. 

Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times. 

Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be more delayed for reasons outside of our control. We ask for your patience during this time.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at support@xtendbeautymall.com as soon as possible. 

XtendBeautyMall is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

We ship the products from different Warehouses around the world, most of them will arrive from USA, China, Europe and some from our Amazon Warehouse. 

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

XtendBeautyMall will not be responsible for any refund.

We offer FREE SHIPPING Worldwide!

For giveaway items, the customer may be charged shipping & handling which varies depending on location. 

Do we ship products internationally?

Yes, XtendBeautyMall serves as a global provider catering to customers across the world. 

If I order multiple products, can they be shipped in the same package?

To reduce shipping delay for our valued customers, some products may be shipped separately.

I’ve put down the wrong shipping info/size order/variant order! What do I do? 

Prevention is this best protocol for this scenario. Please triple check that all information submitted is correct when following the purchasing process. If you do happen to make any error, please contact support@xtendbeautymall.com as soon as possible and we will try and correct the error. As our products are processed the day of the purchase submission, we cannot guarantee your purchase info will be corrected before shipment. All customers will be subject to re-purchasing the desired items if an error occurs. 

Cancellations

Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you by email and you will be refunded in full.
